PayPal finally replied to my counterfeit item complaint. Their reply, in violation of their own policy, is to return the item to the seller, and await the refund from the seller. PayPal’s policy is to return fake items to PayPal or a third party, not the seller. Yet I have to return the $40 item, insured, with tracking ($7.55 total shipping cost) to the original seller – and trust the seller to issue a refund?!?
Anyone want to take odds on the refund ever being given? BOLU, it’s time to get reamed, courtesy of PayPal and eBay.
