Total rip-off artists. Ordered on the web, added a 2nd one for $15. Went through all the order screens, was NEVER given a total - until AFTER the order was placed. They charged shipping of $39.95 for EACH drill, plus $9.95 for each auger. Yep - $100 shipping !!!! Plus you can't cancel the order. Cancelled online using the cancel option - it seems to work....
A week later I received an email stating I had to call. Have called 17 times. "We are busy" Click. Hung up on without ever speaking to a person.
