Shoddy Roofers

Back in 2004 I paid over $2,000 for a roof leak repair.  Yes, I was ripped off by Gasca Contracting – but at the time I thought I was getting a new roof – not a replacement of three squares. Anyway, the roof still leaked. So another $3,000 and 50% of the roof was a tear-off and redo.  Well, Bob Gasca subbed the job to someone else.  They in turn subbed it to someone else.  That person skipped part of the tear off, did not do part of the roof, and made the leak worse.  Ridge vents were crooked, and the entire job was not up to code.

It took almost a year to have Bob Gasca actually look at the shoddy roofing job his sub-par sub threw together. He had the same sub redo it.  Again, they skipped part of the roof, and did not fix the leak.  Two more tries – and a three subs later - they finally did the portion of the roof they kept skipping.  And the damn thing STILL leaks.  No return calls, so solution. Bob Gasca and Gasca roofing in New Lenox Illinois and Frankfort Illinois is basically a crook. Overcharges, jobs the work out while bragging he’s the best roofer in the state.

Bob Gasca never lifted a finger, pounded a nail, or had anyone in his company work on the roof.  He simply found the lowest cost sub and gave him the job.  No followup, zero customer service.  Yet the New Lenox Lions Club lauds him and publishes photos of this scam artist in their newsletters. Idiots.

Bottom line – NEVER use Bob Gasca, Gasca Roofing, Gasca contracting or any company with his name on it.  Call him – tell him Rick Drew want a refund.  815-485-4555
